Located in a densely built area of Alexandria, the project demanded grounded empathy and meticulous logistical planning to navigate restricted site access and minimal staging space.

• Inside, every inch of the home was optimized to create a sense of openness within the compact floor plan, demonstrating that luxury is found in the details.

• We refined circulation paths, softened transitions between rooms, and enhanced sightlines to give the illusion of greater space while maintaining intimate, livable proportions. This focus on efficient space planning allowed us to create practical flow throughout the home.

A Venetian glass ceiling fixture above the kitchen sink and distinctive artwork lighting add personality and sophistication, while herringbone tile flooring complements the transitional aesthetic. A Marvin patio door introduces natural light and smooth connection to the exterior space.

• A Personal Touch: The basement was designed with a clear personal touch—an homage to the client’s love of baseball. This area blends recreation and display, offering both comfort and character in a space that celebrates individuality.
